Incorrect Product Return – Occurred at 2000 Galt Av N Suite C, a gallon insulated jug was returned, valued at $65.99

Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 202 Greenhill Blvd NW, the front end of a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 was damaged, valued at $1200.00

Donald William Mulholland, age 56 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 12:18 am

Larry Duane Wells, age 68 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving While Suspended at 11:30 am

Candy Nichole Wilbanks Austin, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 11:45 am

Michael Logan Hall, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 1:23 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and 5^th Street NE, Devin Lamar Morgan, age 38 of Austell, Ga, driving a 2005 Freightliner, lost his brakes and overturned at the concrete wall. He was transported to Gadsden Regional for observation by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
