Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1101 Godfrey Ave NE, a mailbox was damaged, valued at $30.00

Nicholas LeDaniel Ortiz, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 4:00 pm

Tanya Marie Love, age 25 of Henagar, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Promoting Prison Contraband and a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 5:10 pm

An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Lakeview Road SE, Johnny Edward Conner, age 71 of Fort Payne, driving a 1998 GMC Sierra, left the roadway and struck a utility pole, Conner was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
