Tomas Jacinto Tomas, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for a Terrorist Threat at 3:21 pm

Mary Ann Mavoureen Kelley, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving while Suspended at 6:29 pm
