Scam – Occurred at 812 Forest Ave NW, $3000.00 was taken in a phone scam and using gift cards

David Ray Honea, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Any Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:39 am

Patrick Allen Harris, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Theft of Property at 12:30 pm
