Theft of Property & Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 4103 Gault Ave S, a 1989 Chevrolet Silverado was taken and a fence was damaged, valued at $4000.00

Change Bills Circulating – Occurred at 308 Greenhill Blvd NW, three $20.00 bills were counterfeit, valued at $60.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, Sylvania light bulbs, flip flops, sunglasses, and a wallet were taken, valued at $73.81

Brandon Mark Phillips, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:34 pm

Mark Anthony Odell II, age 29 of Pisgah, was arrested on a Warrant for DUI at 6:26 pm

Christopher Lee Walls, age 30 of Dutton, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:37 pm

Christopher Loyd Venerable, age 29 of Guntersville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:28 pm

Jennifer Amanda Robertson, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 7:52 pm

Marcus Laquon Maddox, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:21 pm
