Devin Scott Speakman, age 24 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 10:57 am

Steven Dewight Bell, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest and Attempted Arson at 12:00 pm

Zachery Alexander Nichols, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 1:35 pm

Humberto Joel Perez Quijirix, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:45 pm
