Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous clothing, garbage can and a shower liner were taken, valued at $168.12

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 3400 Greenhill Blvd NW, an oil pan and undercarriage were damaged, valued at $2500.00

Brad Malloy Swindle, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Domestic Violence at 10:44 am

James Adam Wooten, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 12:05 pm

Wanda Jeanee Newsome, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:14 pm

Sonya Marie Gonzalez, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Two Warrants at 2:43 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at 1000 Greenhill Blvd NW, Gustavo Molina Contreras, age 18 of Fort Payne, driving a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado, stuck pedestrian Christian Leonardo Espejo, age 20 of Fyffe. Espejo was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
