Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 410 Beason Gap Road NE Apt 171, tires on a 2000 Honda Accord were damaged, valued at $650.00

Theft of Property & Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1701 Scenic Road E, a cell phone was taken and a tire was damaged, valued at $250.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2905 Gault Ave N, twenty-five tires were taken, valued at $250.00

Terra Renee Helms, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct at 3:32 am

Christopher Wayne Roden, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Six Warrants for Failure to Appear at 1:58 pm

Jonathan Blake Whisenant, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 2:02 pm

Hollie Nicole Reneau, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:02 pm

David Garret Sloan, age 21 of Section, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 11:50 am

 

4 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Dewyer Ave, Tracy Lynn Burke, age 47 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 Ford Edge struck Darrin Bomtrager, age 52 of Owens Cross Roads, driving a 2015 Honda Civic. Burke and Bomtrager was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
