Christopher Adam Haston, age 36 of Scottsboro, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance at 11:17 pm

Akeem Christopher Appleton, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:23 pm
