2 Arrests

Keith Allen Burt, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Speeding, Driving While License Suspended and Insurance Violation at 4:21 pm

Benjamin Keith Ditmore, age 19 of Valley Head, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor in Possession of Alcohol at 9:09 pm

 

3 Accidents with 3 Injuries

An accident occurred at Grand Ave NW and 5^th Street NW, Brianna Nicole Fergurson, age 21 of Rainsville, driving a 2015 Toyota Camry, struck Alphonso Carmichael Richey, age 52 of Collinsville, driving a 1993 Chevrolet C1500. Passenger in the Camry, Ashland Miller, age 21 of Rainsville, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Sylvania Road NW and Creek Road NW, Regina Collins Smith, age 45 of Dutton, driving a 2009 Chevrolet Impala, struck Pamela Rose Hitchcock, age 59 of Sylvania, driving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee.  Smith was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at I-59 and Greenhill Blvd NW, Kimberly Paige Sinns, age 25 of Valley Head, driving a 2004 Chevrolet Impala, struck Jordan Reid Johnson, age 18 of Rainsville, driving a 2011 Nissan Altima.  Sinns was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
