Tabatha Dean Driskill, age 35 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 10:54 am

Nathan Joseph Brandli, age 25 of College Park, MD, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:58 pm

Ronald Anthony Phillips, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Driving while Suspended at 4:25 pm

Jonathan Lee Nolan, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving While Revoked at 11:38 pm

 

 

2 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at I-59 and Greenhill Blvd, Mitchell Cameron Peterson, age 34 of Talladega, driving a 1999 Freightliner, struck Kathy Ann Padgett, driving a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country.  Padgett and passenger Geno James William, age 68 of Mobile were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
