Amy Leann Jones, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 11:16 am

Eric Lee Walker, age 35 of Pisgah, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1:30 pm

Tristian Reginal Lestat Hale, age 19 of Dawson, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor at 9:32 pm

A 17 year old juvenile male of Mentone, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:32 pm

A 16 year old juvenile female of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:32 pm

Jose Alejandro Pacheco, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:05 pm

An accident occurred at Gault Ave SW and Glenn Blvd SW, David Shane Lipscomb, age 29 of Albertville, driving a 2016 Ford F150 struck pedestrian Tonya Dione Rudder, age 44 of Fort Payne. Rudder was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
