Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 200 Gault Ave S, a shower curtain and shower curtain rings were damaged, valued at $25.00

James Edward Guest, age 59 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:24 pm

Renee Michelle Peterson, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 1:43 pm

Oran Lee McGraw, Jr., age 41 of Sitka, AK, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 1:32 pm

Thomas Habersham Setze, age 52 of Mentone, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:51 pm

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd and Briarwood Ave SW, Casey Moriah Bevel, age 27 of Fort Payne, driving a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu, struck a vehicle that left the scene of the accident. Bevel was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
