Theft of Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a 2007 19 x 5 1/2 foot trailer was taken, valued at $1500.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 805 Williams Ave NE, a wallet, four birth certificates, three debit cards, four social security cars and two drivers’ licenses were taken, valued at $700.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1205 Godfrey Ave SE Apt 265, a trash can was taken, valued at $50.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 1809 Godfrey Ave NE, a mailbox and pole were damaged, valued at $100.00

Jacqueline Davina Malone, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Any Substance at 11:44 am

Christopher Emanuel Clayton, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 2:54 pm

Lazaro Gaspar Lopez, age 27 of Horton, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:56 pm
