Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, Water Speakers, Sponge Seal, Roku HD and Husky straps were taken, valued at $56.68

Theft of Property – Occurred at 508 Lebanon Road SW, two Standard Utility trailers were taken, valued at $2200.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, several miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $333.02

 

4 Arrests

Dustin Wayne Bailey, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Two Charges of Causing the Delinquency of a Minor at 9:11 am

Crystal Dawn Keef, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft of Property at 10:43 am

Dylana Mae Heal, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 5:47 pm

Naquita Danielle Burt, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 6:37 pm

 

5 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 40^th Street NW, Ashley Marie Cooper, age 18 of Higdon, driving a 2013 KIA Optima left the roadway and struck a ditch.  Cooper was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
