Change Bills Circulating – Occurred at 4414 Gault Ave N, two $100.00 bills were counterfeit

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Copper Fit foot wrap was taken, valued at $14.88

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a pair of Avia tennis shoes were taken, valued at $27.22

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a LOL doll, power steering fluid, Cross necklace and a Anti Peel Fleece were taken, valued at $48.29

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $44.28

 

3 Arrests

Austin Derrick Lewter, age 23 of Tanner, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 10:03 am

Benjamin Edward Toler, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 6:33 pm

Brandy Nicole Bryant, age 28 of Gadsden, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:46 pm

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Cedarwood Drive SW, Brooke Ashleigh Dunman, age 29 of Fort Payne, driving a 2015 Jeep Wrangler, struck William Ronnie Neely, age 73 of Rainsville, driving a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado. Neely then struck Robert Keith Hughes, age 39 of Fyffe, driving a 2014 Ford Flex.  Hughes was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
