Jerry Brian Burt, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Reckless Endangerment at 11:43 pm

Joan Lee Duncan, age 78 of Mentone, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 1:11 pm

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Sylvania Gap Road NW and Whippoorwill Road, Jerry Brian Burt, age 30 of Fort Payne, riding a 2002 Honda CBR, lost control of the motorcycle and it overturned.  Passenger Amber Rose Medlock Bougit, age 26 of Fort Payne, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
