An accident occurred at Martin Ave NE and Green Valley Circle NE, Ashley Marie Ortiz, age 42 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, left the roadway and went down an embankment. Ortiz was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
