Recovered Stolen Property – Occurred at 1406 Woodchuck Run NW, a Lawrimore 16’ equipment trailer and four tired were recovered, valued at $1500.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 501 Greenhill Blvd NW, $300.00 in currency was taken

Theft of Property – Occurred at 203 20^th Street SW, a Honda pressure washer was taken, valued at $500.00

Jose Pascual, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 12:22 am

Johnny Ray Elkins, age 28 of Hammondville, was arrested for Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, Domestic Violence and Five Warrants for Failure to Appear at 1:35 am

An accident occurred at Airport Road SW and Cracker Barrel Road SW, Ana Valria Rosales Nunez, age 23 of Valley Head, driving a 2011 Nissan Rogue struck Amber Snider Williams, age 36 of Harvest, driving a 2014 Ford Fusion. Williams was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
