Theft of Property – Occurred at 6107 Foothill Road NW, taken were a sterling silver box chain, sterling silver infinity frame, a 22 ctw Albion diamond ring, a 14 k gold ring with Topaz and Sapphires, a Vera Bradley jewelry bag and an engagement/wedding ring, valued at $5868.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 108 12^th Street NW, paint on a 2007 Chevrolet Impala was damaged, valued at $ 2050.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 614 Forest Ave NW, two windows on a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria and a vent were damaged, valued at $250.00

Rhonda Dotteen Herren, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrant for Sell/Distribution of Dangerous Drugs at 3:45 pm

Milton Dun Hulsey, age 62 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrant for Sell/Distribution of Dangerous Drugs at 3:45 pm

Travis Alan Possobon, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Unlawful Distribution at 5:09 pm

A 14 year old juvenile female of Fort Payne was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct at 6:46 pm

Terry Lynn Clark, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Public Intoxication, Criminal Mischief and Two Charges of Harassment at 6:44 pm

Hollie Nicole Reneau, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 10:32 pm

Stevie Eugene Wood, age 42 of Valley Head, was arrested for Three Charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, Ex-Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Prescription Drugs, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication and Four Warrants for Failure to Appear at 10:48 pm
