Michael Shannon Boyd, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, Resisting Arrest, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Tampering with Evidence and Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 4:11 pm

Janet Yvonne Parmer, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:50 pm

Colby Jacob Nikiah Wells, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:20 pm

Efrain Galaraza, age 26 of Albertville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:31 pm

Amanda September Lloyd, age 34 of Albertville, was arrested for Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:47 pm
