Herman Nathan Burke, age 32 of Sylvania, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:28 pm

Rodney Wayne Harris, age 50 of Ider, was arrested for Open Container at 1:57 pm

Hannah Danielle Pell, age 21 of Dutton, was arrested for Three Charges of Theft of Property, Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession of a Controlled Substance at 3:17 pm

Andres Tomas, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 10:39 pm

Eric Tyler Gant, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:03 pm
