Whitney Melissa Jennings, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:57 pm

Tiffany Renee Evans, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:37 pm

Jacob Adam Biddle, age 26 of Valley Head, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:00 pm

Christopher Wayne Roden, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 10:26 pm

 

3 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Gault Ave SW and Plaza Road SW, Felipe Miguel Juan Felipe, age 54 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Nissan Xterra, struck Shane Lee Jacobs, age 23 of Attalla, driving a 2005 Pontiac G6. Felipe was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave and Desoto Pkwy, Shelley Eugena Buckley, age 20 of Florence, driving a 2008 Dodge Nitro stuck William Gregory Yates, age 42 of Section, driving a 2018 Chevrolet Impala. Passenger in the Impala, Rita Jane Hammonds, age 67 of Rainsville, was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
