Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 500 Gault Ave SW, charges of $1284.81 were made without authorization

Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card & Theft of Property – Occurred at 509 16^th Street NE, charges of $88.47 were made without authorization, a Mossburg shotgun, debit card, keys and currency were taken, valued at $493.47

Jason Delanne Gorham Phillips, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 10:07 am

Steven Caleb Colvard, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 1:29 pm
