Gary Anthony Plemons, age 27 of Ider, was arrested for DUI, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude and Reckless Endangerment at 10:16 pm

Christina Lynn Smith, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:22 pm
