3 Arrests

Brent Preston Hunter, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 2:54 am

Horace Lamar Whittaker, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency and Violation of a Conditional Release at 9:06 am

Greggory Allen Stokes, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:20 pm

 

5 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and 5^th Street NE, Michael Andrea Anderson, age 47 of Vanceboro, NC, driving a 1998 Freightliner, lost his brakes and overturned, spilling his load of lumbar at a concrete barrier. Mr. Anderson was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and Patricia Drive NE, Matias Miguel Juan, age 20 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro left the roadway, struck a tree and was ejected from the vehicle, he was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
