Theft of Property – Occurred at 509 16^th Street NE, a wallet with contents were taken, valued at $15.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 101 Cracker Barrel Row SW, Club Logo leggings, Element sweater and a Bama football pullover was taken, valued at $140.00

Recovered Stolen Property – Occurred at 101 Cracker Barrel Row SW, clothing, socks, caps, boots, shoes, razors, jackets, candles, cologne, body lotions, oil plug ins, body sprays, were all recovered, valued at $5733.65

 

4 Arrests

Christina Lynn Smith, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Obstructing Justice, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 1:40 pm

Stephanie Renee Solis, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:38 pm

Jonathan Tyler Evans, age 31 of Rainsville, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:38 pm

Lukicia Rena Burton, age 42 of Chattanooga, was arrested for Theft of Property and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude at 7:03 pm
