Theft of Property – Occurred at 902 Manitou Ave SE, a Stihl weed eater, Stihl chainsaw 225, Husqvarna chain saw 455 and a battery charger were taken, valued at $1150.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1000 Greenhill Blvd NW, a 2019 Chevrolet Corvette was taken, valued at $77320.00

Failure to Pay for Gasoline – Occurred at 1202 Adamsburg Road E, 18 gallons of gasoline were taken, valued at $35.00

Timothy Shelton Dean Abernathy, age 39 of Leesburg, was arrested on Four Warrants for Failure to Appear at 12:32 am

James Roger Plumlee, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 10:24 pm

 

 

2 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Burthill Drive SW, a 16 year old juvenile male of Fyffe, driving a 2004 Mercury, struck Tiffany Nicole Brown, age 30 of Collinsville, driving a 2014 Mercedes C25. Passengers in the Mercury, Elisha Delane Knight, age 41 of Fyffe, and a juvenile female age 9, were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
