Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 1111 Grand Ave NW, a quarter panel and roof on a 2010 Chevrolet was damaged, valued at $2000.00

Jeffery Scott Johnson, age 40 of Valley Head, was arrested for Theft of Property, Two Charges of Aggravated Assault, and Burglary at 11:00 am

Gary Lionell Smith, age 45 of Gaylesville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 1:12 pm

Kevin Andy Pangle, age 23 of Centre, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 4:31 pm

James Elijah Teddy Smith, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Insurance Violation and Outside Agency at 7:24 pm

4 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and Airport Road W, Doris Durham Hamby, age 66 of Mentone, driving a Dodge Caravan, struck Alfonzo Alonzo Felipe, age 34 of Fort Payne, driving a 1999 Toyota Corolla. Rolando Perez Jr, passenger in the Corolla was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
