Christopher Ellis Rothell, age 24 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:06 am

Jose Pedro Castillo, age 46 of Collinsville, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:54 pm
