Jacob Nathaniel Lee Smith, age 23 of Attalla, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:01 pm

John Daris Moon, age 19 of Milledgeville, GA, was arrested for Minor in Consumption of Alcohol, Public Intoxication and Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement at 8:56 pm

 

4 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 17^th Street SW, Robert Clay Garrison, age 19 of Cedar Bluff, riding a 2008 Suzuki VZ8, struck Judieth Russell, age 59 of Fort Payne, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche. Garrison was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center by Med Flight and Russell was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
