Damaged Property – Occurred at 1800, 1801 & 1803 Godfrey Ave NE, 3 mailboxes and post were damaged, valued at $300.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 4301 Gault Ave NW, a bumper on a 2008 Volkswagen was damaged, valued at $500.00

Brandon Slade Wood, age 45 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Carrying a Concealed Weapon Without a Permit at 6:37 pm

Tracy Oliver Dunkentell, age 58 of Gadsden, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:49 pm

Misty Dawn Gaskey, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:21 pm

 

3 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Medical Center Drive SW, Brandon Slade Wood, age 45 of Rainsville, driving a 2007 Toyota Tundra, struck John Roger Ash, age 74 of Dawson, driving a 2017 Ford Explorer.  Isabella Ash, age 73 of Dawson, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
