Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 3922 Grand Ave SW, charges of $700.00 were made without authorization

Kimberly Renea Kolff, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:37 pm
