Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 206 Grand Ave NW, five windows on a 1998 Honda Accord were busted out, valued at $1675.00

Arson – Occurred at 606 Williams Ave NE, five window, clothing and curtains were damaged, valued at $1500.00

 

4 Arrests

Kelsi Elizabeth Carter, age 24 of Section, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:21 am

Steven Dewight Bell, age 46 of Fyffe, was arrested on Three Warrant for Driving While Canceled, Expired Tag, and Seatbelt Violation at 10:42 am

Domingo Andres, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 4:46 pm

James Roger Plumlee, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of any Substance at 10:00 pm

 

8 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred on I-59 and mile marker 224, Tridarious Devonte McKinley, age 24 of Chattanooga, driving a 2014 International Semi, struck Robert Don Haney, age 65 of Bryant, driving a 2018 Ford F150. Haney then struck Cathrine Nichole Kirkland, 28 of Berry, driving a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse who then struck Lillie Camille McCrary, age 24 of Pisgah, driving a 2020 KIA Sorento.  Haney was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
