Theft of Property – Occurred at 200 Gault Ave N, an Alabama pen holder was taken, valued at $20.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 1200 Beason Gap Road NE, a bumper on a 2008 Tiff Phaeton motorhome was damaged, valued at $500.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, Alabama license plate 7937AH2 was taken, valued at $75.00

Theft of Services – Occurred at 100 1^st Street W, a meal was not paid for, valued at $36.57

 

6 Arrests

Rebecca Ann Wallace, age 24 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for Assault at 10:45 am

Kelly Ray Bowman, age 50 of Sylvania, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Fugitive from Justice at 4:51 pm

Kimberly Dawn Pangle, age 47 of Fyffe, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:51 pm

Auburn Lashay Sargent, age 26 Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 5:15 pm

Heather Ellen Willett, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 6:53 pm

Ross Clay Childers, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:31 pm

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Briarwood Ave SW, Robert Michael Mitchell, age 63 of Mentone, driving a 2007 Ford F 250, struck Dan L Gehrett, age 69 of Fort Payne, driving a 2017 Ford Explorer.  Gehrett was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
