Theft of Property – Occurred at 1411 Glenn Blvd SW, four rocking chairs were taken, valued at $200.00

Terry Heath Helms, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a Permit at 8:15 pm

Jane Lynne Anderson, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:15 pm

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I 59 North on Ramp, Sara Hughes Eberhart, age 73 of Fort Payne, driving a 1994 Mercury Marquis struck Jack Lester Viers, age 60 of Swan, IA, driving a 2001 Chevrolet K15. Rhonda Viers, age 60 of Swan, IA, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
