Grant Wayne Davis, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Selling/Distribution of Heroin at 1:02 pm

Alan Boyd Prestwood, age 61 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 7:09 pm

Austin Taylor Wagner, age 24 of Rainsville, was arrested om a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:11 pm

Jeremy David Brown, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:11 pm

Ethan McCoy Brown, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested for Domestic Violence, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication at 9:16 pm

 

1 Accident with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Prestwood Drive SW, Shannon Paige Manning, age 27 of Henagar, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Traverse, struck Roxie Jill Bell Shiflett, age 51 of Fackler, driving a 2008 Ford Edge. Manning was transported by private vehicle to Dekalb Regional and Shiflett was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
