Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Dickies belt was taken, valued at $12.00

Burglary – Occurred at 813 Clark Ave NE, a leaf blower and CZ 9mm handgun were taken, valued at $1000.00

John Charles Oakes, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving while Revoked at 1:41 am

Mehulkumar Jagdishbhai Patel, age 30 of Collinsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:36 pm

Hunter Jacob Moseley, age 18 of Fyffe, was arrested for Obtaining Controlled Substance by Fraud and Possession of a Forged Instrument at 3:33 pm

Levi Michael Dudley, age 19 of Powder Springs, Ga, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:51 pm

A 17 year old juvenile male of Collinsville was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving under the Influence of Any Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:40 pm
