Daniel Gonzalez Rocha, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 8:01 am

Andrew Lee Gamez, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:02 am

Danny Lamar Wallace, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 4:00 pm

An accident occurred at Gault Ave SW and 41^st Street SW, Austin Dewayne Lee, age 26 of Cedar Bluff, driving a 2019 Nissan Versa, struck James E. Burress, age 54 of Chattanooga, driving a 2012 Nissan Sentra. Burress was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
