Katherine Leigh Dean, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:49 am

Rickey Shawn Rogers, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Appearing in Public under the Influence of Alcohol at 2:15 pm

Danny Lamar Wallace, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Fugitive from Justice at 3:58 pm

Charles Nathan Holland, age 53 of Higdon, was arrested on a Warrant for Running a Stop Sign at 7:09 pm

Andrew Lee Gamez, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 10:42 pm

An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 38^th Street SW, Rigoberto Rivas II, age 22 of Fort Payne, driving a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox struck Elijah Bynum, age 58 of Gadsden, driving a 2008 Ford Focus.  Bynum was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
