Damaged Property – Occurred at 400 Crystal Lake Drive NE, a wooden bridge was damaged, valued at $5000.00

Charles Bradley McAnelly, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Rendering a False Alarm at 4:00 pm

Stacey Allen Hart, age 45 of Trenton, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 4:39 pm

Carolyn Jean Aldridge, age 33 of Darden, TN, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:31 pm

David Anthony Smith, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband at 9:29 pm

An accident occurred at Godfrey Ave NE and Lee Street NE, pedestrian Kerian Celeste Hughes, age 19 of Higdon, was struck by a 16 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne, driving a 2007 Ford Explorer. Hughes was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
