David Wilbur Chadeayne III, age 63 of Illion, NY, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:59 am

John David Wallace, age 57 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 8:11 pm

Ronald Glenn Brown Jr., age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:11 pm

 

2 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Desoto Pkwy NE and Elaine Drive NE, Rita Miserendino Bolden, age 62 of Huntsville, driving a 2017 Ford Explorer struck Robert Dewayne Veal, age 61 of Fort Payne, driving a 2007 Pontiac Solstice. Bolden and passenger Emma Mary Desant, age 65 of Westville, NJ, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
