Theft by Deception – Occurred at 1200 Burt Hill Drive SW Apt D8, charges of $1400.00 were made without authorization

Autumn Starr McKinney, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol and Disorderly Conduct at 9:01 pm

Austin Shane Medlock, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol, and Two Revocation Warrants at 9:01 pm

Mildred Christina Thompson, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance Heroin at 9:32 pm

Lee Roger Bertrand, age 66 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for False Reporting to Law Enforcement at 9:53 pm
