Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 31 Elizabeth Drive NE, charges of $983.25 were made without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, three Bluetooth speakers were taken, valued at $300.00

Michele Leann Deras, age 29 of Dutton, was arrested for Two Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Using False Identity to Hinder Prosecution and Promoting Prison Contraband at 2:39 am

Tyler Quin Tipton, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, Reckless Endangerment and DUI at 4:01 pm

Stephanie Renee Solis, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:36 pm

Latisha Nacole Blevins, age 37 of Scottsboro, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear, a Revocation Warrant and a Contempt of Court Warrant at 7:37 pm

Charles Edward McKinney, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Attempting to Elude at 9:46 pm

Corey Sans, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:14 pm

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 20^th Street NE, Emily Serain Holcomb, age 27 of Rainsville, driving a 2017 KIA Optima struck Edna Sue Bowman, age 74 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Toyota Camry.  52 year old James William Bowman, passenger in the Camry was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
