Jeremy Thomas Smith, age 28 of Henagar, was arrested for Theft of Property at 4:50 pm

Donald Wayne Smith, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:06 pm

Charles Edward McKinney Jr., age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:24 pm
