Kristian Lamont Adams, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and DUI at 3:12 am

Elfidio Thomas Diego, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Loitering at 3:46 am

Eduardo Zatariain Hidrogo, age 23 of Valley Head, was arrested for Loitering at 3:46 am

Mariah Nicole Orr, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:46 am

Kimberly Ann Hulgan, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:47 am

Randy Scott Goble, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:50 pm
