Dustin Ray Helms, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband at 5:33 am

Vincent Ivan Moore, age 21 of Fyffe, was arrested for Criminal Trespass at 10:09 am

Chamley Mailan Dabbs, age 52 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Theft of Property and a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 8:55 pm

Steven Ray McPherson, age 53 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:55 pm

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and I -59, Carlos Manuel Hernand Gaytan, age 18 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Ford Explorer, left the roadway, struck a guardrail on entrance ramp and overturned. Gaytan was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
