Samuel Salizar Rivera, age 56 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:05 am

Pedro Jimenez Tomas, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Combined Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:36 am

Jeremiah Daniel Sharrow, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication at 1:11 pm

Theda Hasty Goodridge, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Trespass at 3:33 pm

An accident occurred at 39^th Street SW and Grand Ave SW, Peggy Blanks, age 63 of Fort Payne, driving a 2016 Ford Taurus struck John Joseph Sprague, age 59 of Mentone, driving a 2012 Ford Focus. Sprague was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
