Theft of Property – Occurred at 3901 Williams Ave NE Apt F121, a Taurus 9mm pistol was taken, valued at $297.00

Burglary – Occurred at 1903 Prestwood Ave NW, a couch, dining room table and two mattresses were taken, valued at $200.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 21 Michael Circle NE, two flower pots were taken, valued at $20.00

Eligio Perez Fercano, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 8:30 pm

 

 

3 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 6^th Street SW, Ronald Eugene Williams, age 59 of Henagar, driving a 2006 Dodge Caravan, struck Joshua Chad Miller, age 22 of Gadsden, driving a 2015 Toyota Camry. Williams and Miller were transported to DeKalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
