Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 1300 Glenn Blvd SW, a wheel, quarter panel and bumper on a 2010 Toyota Venza were damaged, valued at $650.00

Theft of Property & Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 202 Greenhill Blvd NW, 4 packs of Panasonic batteries, and CFL Simply Done bulbs were taken and two packages of batteries were damaged, valued at $16.78

Brandlon Leon Williamson, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:55 pm

Annetta Detrice Dennis, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:26 pm

 

1 Accident with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Briarwood Ave SW, Pascual Miguel Francisco, age 18 of Fort Payne, driving a 2011 Mercedes C30, struck Bernard Antonio Nixon, age 56 of Jacksonville, FL, driving a 2014 Volvo semi. Francisco and passenger Elias Gaspar, age 18 of Fort Payne, were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
